Manager - IT Business Solution (1 Position)

Job Description:
The Manager of Business Solution is accountable for the development, implementation services and the change management in TIPCO ERP system and ensure that all deliverables meet IT industrial standard. This position will work as project manager to provide guidance and technical/functional solution to support minor/major enhancement projects and company strategies.
The position will lead the team and raise team productivity with deep knowledge of analytics, design, development methodology and Oracle ERP Functional. Also support team carrier development plan and soft/technical skill improvement.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Manage the full life cycle of Oracle EBS R12.2,x system change and IT business solution team to deliver/develop as follows
  1.1 Process designs and adds new system configurations to enable designs
  1.2 Test plans, provide testing documentation, and perform testing activities
  1.3  Training sessions and documentation
  1.4 Input to planning and scheduling direction for project and release management
2. Provide leadership and expertise to analyze, implement, stabilize, troubleshoot and recommend break fix solutions and improvements based upon “best practices” and R12.2.x functionality business process flow areas and tasks such as O2C, P2P, Inventory, CRM, EBS suites, SCM OTM, QC … etc.
3. Provide requirement analysis, process review, configuration, and development document and Identify processes, document gaps, and provide solutions to bridge/close gaps
4. Establishes excellent Communicate and working relationships with all stakeholder in Tipco enterprise platform
5. Ensure that processes comply with TIPCO’s audit and control requirements.
6. Manage outsourced vendors to conduct end-to-end root-cause analysis and assist in related issue of all enterprise platform.
7. Manage IT projects and vendors, including procurement, contracting, project plan and progress, budget, and risk
8. Work with various teams—such as internal control, IT security and risk management—to maintain a highly secure system through proper configuration and system access monitoring.
9. Contribute to Development, Quality Management and/or Testing improvements
10. Deliver innovative solutions with TIPCO enterprise platform and related technologies



Qualification :

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business or related field or equivalent work experience
2. 10 - 15 years of progressive functional experience in software development in Oracle EBS R12.2.x project with emphasis on analysis, sustainment, and problem resolution
3. Good working knowledge of Oracle ERP/SAP/NAV technical and functional
4. Good knowledge of IT Service/Operations Management
5. Strong knowledge of Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process and methodologies (Water Fall or Agile)
6. Deep understanding of Information security and control process
7. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail; ability to anticipate client needs and match them with appropriate products and services; and advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to correctly determine proper course of action needed for safe and efficient resolution to any client issue.
8. Skills in managing Oracle EBS using skill Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Form/Report, OWF experience as Oracle Technical/Functional or knowledge of database/application management for enterprise applications.
9. Substantial skills in project management, business analysis, vendor management, communication, etc. Experience in providing leadership and a demonstrated effectiveness in consulting and client management would be an advantage.
10. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written English communication and presentation skills
11. Excellent communication skills to be able to work with individuals at all levels of the organization and with vendors
12. Strong problem-solving and analytical skill
13. Strong knowledge of people management skill.
