Job Description :
The Heavy equipment dispatcher works closely with the operations and the mechanic team to track and monitor the equipment fleet. As such, he updates the equipment planning the oversees status, location and work for each machine and truck to optimize the equipment/truck utilization.
Job responsibilities :
- Collect information to update and maintain the equipment planning: Forecast for next projects with the operation team, production form the plant department and status of machine form the workshop. The equipment planning will includes expected preventive maintenance on the machine and estimated date of repair. This planning includes rental machines.
- Track and monitor our fleet of machines and truck equipped with GPS, on a daily basis.
- Follow up and investigate abnormal fuel consumption for machine with fuel sensor.
- Organize the mobilization, demobilization of equipment under the operation team instruction.
- Participate in operation weekly meeting to monitor the equipment.
- Optimize the equipment used between the different business unit and proposes transfer solution to the manager for decision making.
- Optimize the company equipment used versus the external rental one.
- Ensure that the SSHE policies set by the construction group are followed
- Vocational degree or Bachelor degree in Mechanic Engineering or related field.
- Good knowledge of the different machines/ truck and their scope of work.

Software engineer responsible for TIPCO enterprise system design, development, and support work. They will work with Product Manager or a Team Lead or Manager in TIPCO to deliver the efficient IT solution and make all works are align with IT standard procedure. Once they have delivered the final software system, they will also help in maintaining and updating the program to ensure that all problems are fixed, and it operates well with new version or release.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and support configuration, customization, reports, and interfaces of TIPCO enterprise system.
- Contribute to the functional and technical design, process designs with less assist from the senior team member.
- Monitor ERP system and mitigate/fix all incidents.
- Well communicate and working relationships with all stakeholders in Tipco enterprise platform.
- Works closely & collaborates well with the management regarding new IT project.

- Responsible for tax planning, and tax filings throughout the fiscal year; files annual corporate tax return.
- Monitor tax compliances including VAT (apportion), withholding tax, other tax, and corporate income tax.
- Ensures that the project’s accounting processes and systems comply with company policies,
- Lead implementation project of process improvement and accounting software implementation.
- Collaborating with the Controlling team, Shared service, and regional team to support the deep drive of an accounting transaction.
- Responsible for the preparation of financial, production output, and other reports used to measure and control project activities and costs.

Job Description:
The Manager of Business Solution is accountable for the development, implementation services and the change management in TIPCO ERP system and ensure that all deliverables meet IT industrial standard. This position will work as project manager to provide guidance and technical/functional solution to support minor/major enhancement projects and company strategies. The position will lead the team and raise team productivity with deep knowledge of analytics, design, development methodology and Oracle ERP Functional. Also support team carrier development plan and soft/technical skill improvement.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage the full life cycle of Oracle EBS R12.2,x system change and IT business solution team to deliver/develop as follows :
- Process designs and adds new system configurations to enable designs
- Test plans, provide testing documentation, and perform testing activities
- Training sessions and documentation
- Input to planning and scheduling direction for project and release management

A project engineer is a member of engineering team of Thailand Operation. They are works closely with plant engineer, project owner and deputy or plant manager. Project engineers are responsible for the engineering and technical disciplines needed to complete a project as assigned. The project engineer work to plan project, establish project criteria, coordinate project reviews, and ensure the proper implementation of project elements, budget, and timeline. He/she can work as plant engineer as assigned
