Tipco Asphalt Public Company Limited has received a 5-star or “Excellent” corporate governance assessment score from the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD), supported by the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

According to the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies 2024 (CGR), the Company received a total score of 103 points, placing it at the “Excellent” or 5-star level. This score positions Tipco Asphalt in the Top Quartile (the top 25%) of listed companies with the highest scores among all participants. In 2024, a total of 808 listed companies participated in the assessment, with an average score of 84 points.

This recognition reflects the Company’s commitment to conducting business in accordance with the principles of continuous good corporate governance. This includes respecting the rights and ensuring the equal treatment of shareholders, taking responsibility for stakeholders, disclosing information transparently, and upholding the accountability of the board of directors and executives. The Company strives to develop and enhance good corporate governance for sustainable growth across economic, social, and environmental dimensions (ESG) alongside its business expansion.
