Sales Meeting B1-2025: Moving towards the 2025 Sales Target with Collaboration

From December 9-11, Domestic Sales and Marketing (DMK) organized the Sales Meeting B1-2025 to foster collaboration and strategize towards achieving the 2025 sales target. Representatives from various departments participated in the meeting, including Domestic Sales and Marketing, Procurement and Supplies, Credit Control, Thailand Operations, Human Capital Management, Business Development, Technical, Construction Business and Nila Solutions.

Key Highlights:

  • Strategy and Target Presentations – Representatives from each department presented their strategies and action plans to support the 2025 sales target. The session also included exchanging ideas to enhance the effectiveness of the proposed approaches.
  • Sales Team Capability Development – A special course, Effective Collaboration for Team Success, focused on strengthening teamwork, enhancing communication, and fostering collaboration. The course aimed to equip the sales team with the skills necessary to tackle challenges in the upcoming year.

This meeting marked another significant step in strengthening organizational unity and provided an opportunity to consolidate efforts across departments to support the 2025 sales target.
